The workers are rude and talking shit I front of us after the costumers ordering. It a holiday it gonna be busy can the less they can do is not do it where the people hear them it rude and disrespectful. And when we asked again she gave rude look and looked off to the back.

All I ordered was a drink and some water for my pup Merlin. It took a long time at the speaker. The employee made me repeat the order 3 times. I paid and was handed the water. The employee closed the service window. I finally got her attention and asked her for the drink I had ordered. She looked confused so I reminded her what I had ordered. I got the drink and went back to pick up my son from his doctor. On the way, I took a sip.... OMG ... It wasn't what I had ordered. At least she got the water right

I was only there for a minute , Love Whataburger! Great Crew , back of th house and drive-thru. Great location in th Medical Center area. Edith is Great couldn't run th location without Her , She's th Boss lol! Great Food!!! Fresh Daily definitely stop at this location for th True WHATABURGER Dining Experience.

July 21, 2025 at 11:05 pm the female taking orders in the drive through doesn’t speak English and was being rude when I repeated my order and she kept saying “ I can’t understand you Sir” and after I repeated “ patty melt” she asked me, patty meal? I have been coming to this drive through for more than a year, I am a regular and this is the first time this happens, am I suppose to speak Spanish if I want to eat here? Do better whataburger your food isn’t cheap but your service is.

This place will not care about you if you arent in the drive through. if you place a pickup order they will not make the order untill you come in 30 mins later. If you want to spend an hour waiting for your food come here
