I am so LIVID RIGHT NOW! First time attempting to go to this location this evening pull up to the drive thru and kept saying hello! Just to be told minutes later after me saying hello constantly that they were CLOSED! Then I was stuck in the drive thru and asked repeatedly to please move the cars so I can go! They had blocked me in with cones so I couldn’t back up. I got fed up with waiting and reversed my car and moved the cones myself! DONT EVER GO HERE!! Disgusting and despicable company to treat A CUSTOMER THIS WAY

I go here sometimes for lunch. I work in the medical center. Whataburger has gone downhill the past couple of years. Today, I ordered a single patty melt. The onions were raw. I dont like raw onions. It is supposed to come with grilled onions. The bun was burnt, too. The fries were way too salty. Ughh how depressing. Yeah, it sucked. Also, I asked for 2 ketchups. I'm glad I checked before I left. Yeah, they are not like they used to be. So sad.

Took thirty minutes in drive thru just to get two shakes and four apple pies! Then once we left come to find out that they got one of the shakes wrong. ??♀️ Then had to wait in long line again because it takes them forever to greet someone once they drive up to the box.
Always want whataburger at night but never go to this location at night (even tho they are close to my house) Always rude at night, They make you drive up to make it seem like they took care of you just so they can take time.
