My order was placed at drive thru and James assisted me. The food was good but his service is the reason I'm leaving a review! He greeted me with a beautiful contagious smile! Read me back my order to confirm asked if I need any condiments for my order! Please explain to me why I had to wait over 15 minutes I the drive-thru for my pancakes and bacon? Yet 4 cars that ordered after me got their food first making me late for work.I don't get it with this Whataburger location. The one by my house on West Ave. has their stuff together where this one does not!

Update 3/27/2024: No errors on drive-through order. Burger was fresh, fries were hot, and there was too much ice in the drink but that happens everywhere these days. Fast and friendly service.Original: 11 minutes from order to ready (drive thru). Angel was courteous and apologized when she brought our order to our car. Great job Angel!
