The other night I came to get my usual and a manager there had some questionable behavior Kenny kept calling everyone around him his babe while so the way he speaks sounds like he’s provocatively moaning when he’s saying so.Brings a weird atmosphere and slight doubt if my food is clean enough.

Maybe because it is a college area, things are done differently i don't know. However when you dine in those services given by whataburger are not present here. They holler your name everything is in a bag, asked for well done meat, got medium well, I do not like pink..... over all this was a bad time

I was attacked by a homeless person last September at the DeSavala I-10 location no one did anything to assist me I called 911 and the manager stated you call the cops I was down for a week and work delivery in n out A lot Affected my work this store put together the order very leisurely slow and behind I received a bad rating for slow delivery plus food was cold

Rene M needs better listening skills and needs to pay attention to the customer and not his co workers while taking an order. Seems like he’s influenced by lack of work ethic because to him it’s just the usual way of working, however he’s in a business where he has to show hospitality and commitment to serving customers in a respectful manner. Food was great, customer service not so much.
