Made an order on the app about 2 minutes away from the location. Parked, pur my parking spot number in the app. Took a while for my order to come out but they did seem a little busy. However as I drove off, I reached into the bag to get some fries to eat on the way home and they were already pretty much cold. Ugh...

I ordered my meal online. They don't have a designated pick up section for pre-paid pick up. I had to wait in line. Why did I order and prepay online? I’ve been a loyal customer at this Whataburger location for a long time and usually have a good experience. But recently, the quality control has really gone downhill. A while back, they forgot the actual meat on my burger — which was shocking, honestly. I let it slide thinking it was just a rare mistake. But now, my most recent order was missing the cheese.
