Food was delicious and the two workers that help us order and greeted us were polite and up beat!

Food good, service is not always quick. Over all it’s a Whataburger.

At this point, I am tired of having to call back to the restaurant because a food was made wrong or something was missing. I’ve gotten used to checking bags to make sure everything is in there. Today, I was supposed to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Got home. There was a burger wrapped in the spicy chicken wrapper. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes down culebra to get a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. Do not recommend this location if ordering food to go.

I really don’t understand what is going on with some of these bigger food chains. I literally grew up eating Whataburger. Every Sunday after church. No matter what; the food has been great throughout my life. The last few times I have eaten Whataburger at different locations, something has changed. It wasn’t good anymore. I haven’t given up though. I am hoping my childhood favorite burger gets some good taste back into it. After taking just a couple of bites out of the burger, then having to toss it back into the bag and finally had to fight the urge to “meet ralph”. … This is sooooo sad.

The service in the place is good, but if you ask to take it is terrible, you wait a long time.

Food is good and they do forgot stuff sometimes but they do make up for it when asked. They forgot my fries from my chicken strip meal and gave me another meal for inconvenience!

The fries here were just awful. Hot, but stale and with no salt. Three salt packets on them didn't help at all.
The ice machine was broken, so I had to drink warm soda.
The burger was ok, but I forgot that WaB always puts mustard on a burger unless you tell them not to. The bacon was dry and not good.
The drive thru is super slow, even with 2 lanes. It took about 15 minutes to get thru the drive-thru and receive my order.

The food is always good here, but just make sure if you’re doing an online order that everything you ordered is in the bag.

If you like waiting 30 mins for cold chicken tenders and cold fries then this is the place for you!

My weekly Wednesday visit for a plain kids' cheeseburger is routinely frustrating. The order is frequently incorrect, meaning I always have to verify it. What truly exacerbates the experience is the cashier, Emerald's, consistently poor and unhelpful demeanor towards customers

The food is okay, not that great. The bun was very soggy, all the pickles were stacked on top of each other thrown in the burger, and apparently they charge for cheese. 2 slices on a double meat burger is a $1.20 they charge 60 cents per slice. Things have gotten very petty with every restaurant out there. Charging an arm in a leg for a fast food burger combo, and then want to hike up the price for a slice of cheese that should already come on the burger to begin with, things are just crazy nowadays.

Great clean, newer location. Only gripe is service needs to improve; wait time specifically.
