Just had to call the police on the store manager named chris came through the drive through just to get home and my 56.00 order was messed up brought back the one meal they gave me and requested my money back but because i said yall fed up my order short man syndrome took over little big man and refused to give me my money back even though he took the food and said i need to call corporate for my money back i knew he had a attitude when i walked in and sat my food on the counter he looked straight at me and walked right to the back so am i surprised no man definitely should not be a manager if he is so hurt by a cuss word that was not directed towards him but a statement or maybe the baby need a bottle idk

Picked up at the window, when cashier gave me the drinks,the top was not secure, and sprite spilled all over me, and steering wheel and seat,he handed me some napkins and closed the window. Got home all wet , The fries were cold ,hamburger was cold , everything was cold, Never again! Dairy Queen had a long line. That was my 1st choice and it will be from now on

There's always a long wait and these employees have very little sense of urgency which makes getting your order a bit frustrating at time
I used to love water burger, but it seems like the service keeps getting a little worse. And the staff is not very friendly. They stuffed 3 hamburgers and fries in this small little bag.

Don't go to location just set for 45 minutes in location
Went there to get my lunch and the lady who was speaking to me loudly in Spanish was giving rude gestures as well as making faces at me and I did not serve my country just to be disrespected by someone at a fast food restaurant just because they could be having a bad day although I maintained being respectful and replied “yes ma’am, no ma’am” in a soft gentle tone she still seemed rude

I'm sorry but the food here use to me so good, but I really believe they changed there recipes or something is just not right, it don't matter wich one I go to, I always get sick after I eat it, not only that but I can't even eat the whole burger anymore. But I can still eat the onion rings and drink their coke! Their soda is hardly ever flat, and if you happen to get a flat soda, they really do fix it right away! So that's a good thing!
