Sabrina and April needs to get fired they were so unprofessional I ain’t trynna explain a lot but basically they made me feel like if I was the problem when I had severe mistake on my order horribleeee exptwith them I called corporate on yall . Hopefully yall get fired because that’s not how you talk to clientes especially as manager and assistant manager .

Mary always does a great job of making sure my order is hot and fresh. I rarely need to wait in the drive-thru. Not all Whataburger’s have the great customer service like this one thanks to her!

Me and my brother came here around 2am while they where getting their truck and we asked if they can drop our food fresh & we waited almost 10-15 minutes when we finished eating our food that was “dropped fresh” my brother got a stomach virus / flu / headache also I had a headache all day the next day and today as well , someone needs to call the health inspector/ investigate what the cooks are doing to the food , if they’re following health code guidelines/ not washing their hands , DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, unless you want a stomach virus / headache/ flu I know the cooks are getting paid good for them to spit in our food / throw our food on the floor whatever it is they did

Food isn’t bad but the any time I order curbside they never give me sauce even the ones you have to pay for. It doesn’t cost much but adds up, I’m giving them money for free

Burgers are beginning to taste like generic meat 🍖 and not hot enough 😋
I tried to eat this but I just couldn't. I said I wanted this breakfast on a bun on Texas toast and it doesn't look toasted to me and plus the hash browns were half cooked as you can see in the picture it is still raw. And I guess my other review was taken down or something it's the one where I went late at night and got a large onion rings and the cup was half full and I was trying to complain and they said I'll make you another one and then when it was done they said oh no we can't give it to you the way you get it is the way it comes. But then there was a worker that was clocking out and she got a large container and overfilled that with the new onion rings that were just made, the container was spilling over with onion rings and she just grabbed it and walked out. Yeah this place is on the Southeast side for a reason.
