The owner of this restaurant was amazingly sweet and very knowledgeable on what I could eat since I have several food sensitivities. The cookies I bought were yummy!! They were keto and had a minimal amount of ingredients, which is a GOOD thing. The chicken salad sandwich was soooooo delicious! I literally ate the sandwich on my way home while my hubby drove!! Words can’t describe how grateful I am to our Lord Jesus for bringing me to this location. I pray blessings over the owner and the business.

We bought so many kinds of food from Wholesome Eating, pizza, lasagna, tamales, bread, muffins, cheese cake, and birthday cake and LOVE every single one of them. We can't get enough of the delicious and healthy food from Wholesome Eating. Strongly recommend. As a bonus, the owner is such a darling. She really is a Godsend to us who are trying to eat healthy wothout sacrificing the taste.

I went in this place out of curiosity. Had bought a muffin and other items without carbs and I have never tasted anything so delicious. I went back to order a blueberry pie for thanksgiving and let me tell you it was gone in an hour. That blueberry pie had no sugar I'm not sure how she made it but talk about impressive...... and our family is a typical complaining and criticizing about desserts this was fantastic. BLUEBERRY PIE

What an awesome find! We were looking for options on our keto diet, and we're so thankful to have found this place. We were amazed how good the food was! We had the pizza, tamales, keto chocolate chip bread, lasagna, and pumpkin spice muffin... and they were all delicious!Then, just yesterday, we picked up the keto German chocolate birthday cake that we ordered, and WOW, it was superb! Better than just about any cake we've had from any bakery. It was hard to believe that such a treat still fit in the guidelines of the keto diet we are all on.I absolutely recommend this place and we'll most certainly be repeat costumers.And, to top it off, the owner and chef, Oyin, is super nice and such a sweetheart in addition to being such a masterful cook that makes these tasty foods that are so healthy for us.

We have been on Keto for 2 weeks now, and we were missing a sweet snack. I found this place on Yelp, and decided to try it out... I went in on Monday, and purchase 3 muffins, and 1 brownie. I took a 1/2 muffin with me to work, and gave the other half to my husband. I called him that morning to see how he like it, and he said I dont !! It was awlful, and with a bad medicine taste to it. So I thought maybe it was just him.. but O no he was not wrong. I litterly spit it out as fast as I put it into my mouth. I dont know what was wrong with it, maybe had gone bad. So the next morning with our lunch, I half the brownie, and that was the best brownie I had.. it was so good, and today we tried the Blueberry muffin, and that also was amazing. I am thinking 1st one was just a gone bad. It was lost of $5, but the others have been so good.

Just FYI.I'm absolutely disgusted.That was the most gritty cheesecake I have ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth.The flavor was lacking, it was basically cream cheese that had some lemon juice squirted on top.The texture of everything is just terrible and the flavors are bland and not there.As someone who has been gluten free for over 20 years, I can say this is definitely not it. And the prices are astounding for how teeny tiny these portions are and for the lack of flavor and awful textures.And after seeing the owners responses to people, EW.Avoid.

This place is a godsend! My daughter was recently diagnosed to be severely celiac and me and my husband go along with a gluten-free, respective keto diet. I was scrambling to find food items that are adequate for both diets. Here everything is gluten-free. On top items are either vegan or keto.Freshly handmade every day too!!Our family loves the keto sandwich bread! Inside is nice and moist, dense, but not too heavy, if you eat thin slice or half a thicker one! No yeast and no sugar, yet thanks to almond flour tastes just sweet enough. And it lasts for a week in the fridge!!There are lots of goodies like chocolate chip cookies and zucchini or bana nut muffins too. Indulge with the cheesecake. Heaven. Bravo, way to go!!

I'm so glad I found this gem! Hubby & I did a quick weekend visit to celebrate my bday & relax. I wanted a special sugar-free treat & found this place in a Google search. We ordered the keto cheesecake, brownie, pumpkin spice muffin, & accidentally got a blueberry muffin (I thought I grabbed another PS muffin). Oh my gosh the cheesecake was amazing!!! Even my hubby agreed & he's not even doing the healthy eating yet! The only thing is the top layer of the cheesecake was a little gritty, which sometimes happens when you bake with some sugar-free substitutes. I'm just disappointed that we leave tomorrow & they're closed. I wish we had a place like this with healthy keto meal options that deliver. I will definitely come back to visit the next time I'm here.

Tried this place on a whim because it was close to us and they deliver.. I have to say the food is incredible we ordered tamales.. and growing up in a Mexican household I was nervous but they were delicious! We also ordered the keto cupcakes and also donuts.. barley feels like you're eating healthy, also extremely good. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you want healthier comfort food

BEST CAKES EVER. Not best allergen-free cake ever… BEST ALL CAKE CATEGORIES EVER.My son has peanut, tree nut, milk, eggs, wheat, soy true allergies. We ordered a chocolate cake for him and a variety of “normal” cakes from other places for our guests. Everyone preferred his chocolate cake.
