I came here for a date night and staff was super friendly. Beer was unique and amazing. Even the bread they made in house was delicious for the burgers and that's a small detail I typically don't pay much attention to most times. Even my date was impressed. Now I didn't give 4 stars due to the fact that it can be bigger and it should be. They came up a long way and actually plan to eventually make it bigger so I hope this review gains traction to bring more people over to help them expand.

I was looking for a place to get a good sandwich in this area of the city and the Wild Barley Kitchen & Brewery was getting solid recommendations on the internet, so I gave it a try. This place is fairly small on the inside, but has a vast patio area with ample seating. Although house beers appear to be the main selling point, it only had a small bar with four seats, so I sat at an inside table for four. Being my first time, I asked a waitress of the ordering protocol and she informed me that once I knew what I wanted off the menu to go to the bar counter to put in an order and get a number and my order would be delivered to me. I was in the mood for a sandwich so I ordered the Cuban and one of the house tap beers. I also tried a few beers before deciding which allowed patrons to get a taste they preferred. The order was put on a tab in case I needed anything else during my stay. The beer choices were really good and it is obvious why people come here for a beer. Nice options and good tasting beers. There were also soda machines available in case beer isn’t your thing. After just about 5 minutes the Cuban sandwich with chips arrived at my table. It was absolutely the best sandwich I’ve had in quite some time. Toasted bun/hoagie, with ample ham and pork with swiss cheese, mustard and pickle slices. So good!!!
Although I gas a sandwich, others were getting the pizza, which looked amazing too. Patrons were saying it was very good as well.
Overall, this place is definitely a great spot with excellent food and beverages! Highly recommended. Yes, ordering and paying at the bar was a very minor inconvenience, but this place is a unique spot.

Overall experience = maybe we hyped it up to much, possibly we went during an off day in the kitchen. Probably won't be back.
Ham and cheese sandwich was ok but very greasy ,chips have zero flavor
Jumbo burger was very bland, fries mediocre. Not bashing anyone just giving our opinion and experience after our first and most likely last visit.
(Seen the restaurant on TV )
I really like this place with its delicious beer and pizza. I like it better when the weather allows me to sit outside. The inside atmosphere is not that great. But overall it's one of my faves.

First the pros. I had the Ruben. It was probably the best pastrami I've ever had in my life. Really good. The sauerkraut was good and the rye bread was also very good. Overall it was a fairly small sandwich and there was barely any Russian/1000 island on the sandwich.
Low service joint. You have to order at the bar and it's all self-service for drinks.
When I ordered my sandwich The server did not ask whether I wanted chips or fries. And chips come standard so I was a little bummed when the chips came out. Albeit, when I referenced the menu it did say that chips came with.... So this was my mistake, however, waiter never mentioned it.
The hazy I had was good.

Amazing!! Is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Wild Barley. My girlfriend and I were running errands early on 08/09/ 25. I've seen this place on tictok and it looked really good. We had a great experience not just with the friendliness of the staff but the food as well. I got the Hot Club, and my girl had the Rio Grande sandwich. They were both delicious, and the fries were seasoned and crispy. We are definitely going back and trying something different or maybe the same thing. There's a lot to choose from on the menu. We highly recommend this place.

Pizza and beer selection is great. The Meats pizza was phenomenal. The amount of toppings was great.
Very big restaurant with great menu options and lots of TVs. Would be a good place to watch football, soccer, etc. lots of outdoor seating as well with a small stage outside. Great sandwiches. I got the Italian and loved it. Would absolutely visit again
