I hardly ever give a bad review but if I do, it's definitely warranted. I'm never a fan of excuses. Things happen, food is delayed (within reason) but the excuses are just a reflection of poor management. Short staffed? ,Call someone in. Can't do that, reallocate staff on site? Staff not trained, stop taking to go orders.... There are always ways to provide decent service even with a "short staff!" Over 1.15 hrs for a to go order is unsatisfactory. The poor door dashers I watched as the discontent moved through them to their waiting customers was hard to watch!! Do better! And I still haven't got my food! Never again!

Awww Wing Daddy's. The food is pretty good. This restaurant most definitely needs an upgrade. Especially in the women's restroom. Yikes!

My family and I dined their two weeks ago. The waitress was pretty cool. She could have been a bit more attentive. But she was very friendly. Our biggest issue of the night was the mouse that was running around the dining room. When we told the waitress that there was a mouse running around. She said, "oh no that's above my pay grade." So I told her, "call the manager!!" A manager came out 10 or so minutes later to look for the mouse. Of course, it was hiding around then. The only response from the manager was, "wow this is embarrassing." Now you know damn well, other patrons saw that mouse running around. We didn't complain or flip out and demand everything free. But everything was completely brushed off. If this were my restaurant, I would have died of embarrassment and wouldn't have asked for a dime from the customer. I don't understand what has happened to customer service in this area.

We ordered takeout over the phone. I ordered some buffalo fries (with garlic Parmesan flavor), I really thought they would put boneless and no tenders, very few tenders as reflected in the images of both customers and the menu on the page, I asked for boneless and there were 3 and a half tenders, very few in my opinion, on the other hand the flavor was really good for both the chicken and the potatoes! Previously I had ordered boneless, my husband ordered buffalo wings, very delicious and spicy! Without a doubt, we recommend just being more specific with your orders. It took 15 minutes to be ready, just what they said!

Such a let down.. use to be one of my favorites but I will not be returning. The staff was pretty friendly and the manager did show up right after we got our appetizer, which was brought out super fast and fresh, which we liked so we thought we made the right choice, but we were wrong.

After that, we waited about 30-35 min to get our wings. We had 3 orders. 5pc bone-in and two 8 pc boneless. The 5 pc bone-in was ok but the other two boneless were horrible. The boneless pieces were so small like chicken scrapes and drenched in oil and salt. Also, one order was short wings so had to count them out in front of the waitress, as she didn’t believe me. Didn’t matter bc we didn’t end up finishing our food. It was disgusting. Totally not worth the $10 bucks. Not coming back.

Love this spot so much, been plenty of times and thankfully have never had a bad experience. The service has been wonderful, food is prompt and always hot and delicious!! They have a lovely outdoor sitting area as well. Very grateful to have a Wing Daddy’s nearby 🥰 Don’t sleep on the Chipotle Raspberry tenders oh my! 🤤🔥

Food was super greasy and tasted like an old fryer and I saw a rat in the lobby. SO GROSS I will never be back! Almost made me throw up 🤢

Love the wide selection of sauces to choose from on wings. If you’re not into wings, they have other options like burgers or chicken sandwiches. My favorite appetizers are the gator bites and fried pickles. You get decent service when you go in person however whenever you try to place an order through the phone they will pick up the phone and put it to the side without answering. They will leave it off the hook so if you try to call back the line will be busy. This is very frustrating!!

The food here is very good and the atmosphere and service only match it. It was a great experience with good food, cold beer, and friendly service. Brandi was my server and I had no complaints the whole time.

Great food, Great prices, Great staff, Great music, all around Great atmosphere.

Shrinkflation at its finest! This place was one of my favorites but now they are just robbing us. Prices have gone up and the product is significantly smaller. They need to make some changes before the reputation takes a hit.
