I don’t like this food and services
I told one thing they did another
I ordered online but my order wasn't ready when I arrived at the time for pickup. They couldn't even find the order in the cue. They did look at my order on my phone and got to work making it. they got it out fairly quick, so I don't understand why it wasn't ready.
Attentive staff, food was well prepared. Fast service.
Truly abysmal service, I came in gave my name and saw that my food was 2nd in line to be done. Proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food to have been ready 20 minutes after I had arrived. So by the time I got it was already cold. I have such a high tendency to forgive restaurants when they are busy or packed it was not this way this evening. Just some high-schoolers who could truly care less about the work they do, and probably managers who share similar sentiments. Unfortunately no one there is paid enough to care and as long as food is cranked out and money is made then they will continue with the same terrible hiring practices and continue to get the same shoddy employees
So we pull up and ordered and then waited for about 40 mins and realized that was kind of long especially bc the people who ordered right after us were already eating. Asked where’s our order and they said another 10 mins. They bring it out and it’s cold. One basket wasn’t even made right so that had to be taken back and remade. So foods cold and the wait was more than expected. While we’re eating a worker is being called out by someone who’s got beef with them and the whole restaurant is quiet and hearing this. So that was already unprofessional bc it wasn’t even related to the restaurant lol just some Edgar looking foos calling out some other Edgar looking foo. These workers are too busy airing out dirty laundry than getting their jobs done right. This isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up either. Its ridiculous. We’ll just have to stop coming here, I guess. Workers need training on business etiquette & customer service and timeliness! It’s really not that hard.
I wish I didn’t like their food so much. Ordering delivery from this location is a mistake. They forgot half my food two separate occasions. Ordered from their website. Door dash delivers. Now I’m driving there to get the half they forgot and paying tip and delivery fee still. In what world is that right when delivery adds nearly $20. They won’t refund only remake the food. DoorDash tells me it’s the restaurants responsibility since the food is in a sealed bag. Again, food is great. But they should definitely make their mistake right.
Wings and fries are always served hot and fresh. Love their wings! Fries are excellent. Friendly staff at this location.

I'm very happy with this location... the manager or lead named Benjamin took care of a situation very well. They forgot my ranch, and when I called to come back and get it, he offered to make me some fresh wing. This location looks to be doing better than my last visit months ago!
Update great cashier and he was attentive and they have really turned it this location around!

The worst Wingstop in San Antonio all the employees are always fighting and there is no order the manager or owner have to find a way to fix this restaurant as soon as possible
Horrible service, ordered online and it was still 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Get home and missing half my order. I call them and ask to get entire order remade and I would bring back the food. How I going to eat half the order cold. I get there and they said they could only remake part of my order and they said they put part of it that was missing in the bag. I brought entire order and the manager said he could not do anything. Worst service ever!!!! Will not be going back ever!!!!!
This is the slowest wing stop ever. The past 2 times I've order my food took 2 hrs. Ordered through Uber eats 1x and they never informed me.that someone stole my order. My 3rd driver had to tell me after they notified him of what happened.
Every single time I've ordered, my order has been missing something. This time it was an entire entree.
It took 50 minutes to give us our order. They made a mistake and took our order to another table. And then when we got our order it was incomplete.
