Wingstop

Last two times I've ordered from this location the fries have zero seasoning. Asked the cashier today and she said that they were running out and trying to preserve it. Sounds like a supply chain issue or poor direction from management/ corporate. Do better Wingstop.

Lets start with positive feedback first. Customer service is always great. Always quick to help and have great attitudes. So thats a plus. Now for the negative I've gone to this location 4 times for pick up orders and sadly each time my order is wrong, cold, or messed up some how. Not sure what's causing this issue but it's always something wrong with my to go order. I have yet to dine in here so they might be better, but to go orders not so good. Most of the time my order is usually not correct by either, wrong sauce, no sauce, or not enough sauce. Along with even getting boneless wings. I know they are small and weird wing to order but if paying almost $17 don't skimp on the number of wings. Its already a small order. Order 10 count looked like chicken nuggets and was missing 2. And for the fries they never taste like the other wing stop location. Either taste old, no sugar, or whatever is put on the fries and even if I sit outside and order to go and walk in, they are always cold. So unfortunately have to give this place a 1 star. Will probably not be going back. Definitely will make the extra drive to go to another location, that always does a great job on to go orders. If you order to go here check your food before driving off.

Walked in and ordered Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan. Catherine had the chicken wings dancing. Chris and everyone else here especially the gentleman that's 6ft8 give excellent customer service.

These people can never get an order correct. Every time we come here, they forget something from our order. And we do not place big orders, we order for three people. They tell us we have to drive all the way back to the restaurant to correct our order, they will not credit us what they forgot. They do not apologize for the inconvenience, they are downright rude when we go back to get the rest of what we paid for. Definitely going to look for another wing place, I don't care if it's a further drive, if I only have to drive there once per order.

I ordered 25 boneless wings on Uber Eats and the chicken looked synthetic or it was freeze dried for a long time. Nobody in my family could eat it because it didn't taste right and I tried myself but gave up and threw most of it away. It was such a waste of money and uber eats only kicked back $2 in uber eats credit for my next order. Wing Stop also messed up the bbq boneless wings order and have no idea what they gave in its place. It's as if it was bbq originally, but then someone used paper towels to wipe it all off. Can't trust ordering from wing stop again.
