Chicken sandwiches were burnt either from cooking too long or not changing the oil. Service was slow and the staff were not engaging or friendly/welcoming. They also did not get our order correct although they did fix it. Do not go to this Wing Stop location until the store is managed better.

Wings raw .. I’m guessing the lady at the cashier is new because she didn’t know Adam from eve then got my wings drove 10 minutes and my wings was raw and raw can get OMGG if I would’ve looked at the views I would’ve never went to this Wingstop .. I won’t be back !

If you plan on going to wingstop go to the one on 281/evans instead. The past couple of times I’ve ordered from this location I’ve ordered meals and typically the wings are put in the box per meal not by wing flavor. This has happened and some people who order their wings extra crispy have no idea if they are even extra crispy bc everything is combined together. On top of that the past couple of times I’ve gotten the Louisiana rub and there was hardly anything on it! I’ve had this flavor at other locations where my mouth has a slight tingle from the seasoning and I felt like I was just eating a fried chicken wing. I’ve tried to complain on the website and haven’t had a response back. Very unprofessional and will not be bringing my business to this location again.

Usually love coming here. Unfortunately, this last visit was not good. Cold food, counter employees not listening. Seemed more focused on Door Dash orders than done in customers.

See for yourself, no gloves, they are on their phones, soda all over the floor you tell them they don’t clean it up, no hair nets.

The food and atmosphere can be very excellent, but the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is either distracted, or, very bored and annoyed when people come in when it's slow. The boys are very childish when it comes to customer service...

This location never fails to disappoint me!! They can never get an order right. Having to drive 20min home just for half the order to be missing and driving back 20min is ridiculous! The customer is trash. I need to stop having faith that the next time they will get it right!

This staff needs vitamins they move like molasses. Cashier has long hair it's hanging over her face why she's not required to pull her hair back is a great concern. She comes in contact with the customers food. Bad, slow service. Even though the register tells you the change due back to the customer I had to tell her for times how much she owed me because she only put a nickel in the counter.
