Management 2 years ago had things running smooth, but whoever is in charge here now does not know what they are doing.

30 piece order was 1 hour late, even though I placed the order a day in advance. Same for everybody else coming to pick up their order. No apologies, no extra fries as compensation, nothing.

Look at my other reviews; I’m not a complainer.

Go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Go anywhere else. They served me the broken and burnt fries from the basket. I showed the manager on duty and she refused to exchange them. Saturday 7:49pm

Horrible I place an order on Uber and it was gonna take about an hour and an hour and a half for the Uber guy to pick up my food. I called 30 minutes prior to him, picking it up to request my lemon pepper wings to be wet not dry. The girl that answer told me it was already made. I was like the Uber guy is gonna pick up my order in 30 minutes and you already made my food. It’s gonna be cold by then to me a restaurant should be concerned for their customers to have hot food and not just prepare the food to get the job out of the way.

The Dr. pepper and other sodas were noticeably watery. Making itself a tragic, but tolerable addition to my meal. Everything else was good.

I absolutely love Wingstop! It was our first time being at this location but we definitely have no complaints. The customer service was great & so was the food! It was clean in there as well. We loved how spacious it was here because most Wingstops have small eating areas. We would definitely be back & you definitely won't be disappointed.

After ordering 20 piece boneless wings and requesting light cooking, I received hard, dry wings. They were uncomfortable to eat, with my kids complaining of hardness. Fortunately, I got a refund; always check the texture of boneless wings before leaving!
They have completely lost our biweekly service.

CSR was on the phone when we walked in. Not once did she look up and acknowledge that we were waiting. At least look up and say I will be right with you. 3 different male workers came to the register to look up on the computer. Absolutely no one said we will be right with you. Such a long line behind us and no one was Willing to help. Once the girl got off the phone and asked for our name on the order she seemed like she was annoyed to be at work. Nobody knows anything about customer service. They need to be retrained.

Met up with my friend to eat dinner on her break. She paid ahead so when we got there our order was ready in time to eat. This was perfect as we only had a short break. We only had an hour before the store closed, but the staff accommodated us without any issues. The only thing we would recommend is allowing us to put "wet" for online orders. We like them wet! Other than that, keep up the great attitude, crew!

The food took forever to get to is. The fries were soggy and we asked to change them, which they did, only to give us more soggy fries. So we returned them again, and they never gave us any more fries. The employees were also very disrespectful and would give us everything with a bad attitude. We weren’t asking for much, we just wanted warm food that wasn’t soggy. The cashier would even make faces and laugh.
