I had to post about this Wingstop on S. New Braunfels. Everytime I come visit my cousin, who lives around here, I come get my food from here, this place & their employees are🔥🔥🔥 imma keep coming bk

Wow… this Wingstop is truly a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The wings are consistently a disaster, and somehow y’all managed to make ‘waiting on hold for a manager for 10 minutes’ feel like part of the punishment for ordering here. Meanwhile, the north side actually takes pride in their food — you know, that thing called ‘doing your job.’ At this point, it feels less like Wingstop and more like rock bottom with ranch on the side. If this is the best effort you can give, congratulations — you’ve proven mediocrity can, in fact, be a full-time job.

Well to start, there were wings missing, no straw and it looked like someone ate from my bag

They forgot my ranch and fries in my orde last night so I put my wings away in the fridge and figured I get them in the morning when I went at 11am the GM said that I should’ve called last night but the store was closed so I couldn’t I explained to him that I just put the food away in the fridge and I was gonna come in the morning cause I only eat my wings with ranch and u didn’t have none at home so when I went back this morning he said he couldn’t give me my fries or my ranch cause I didn’t call ahead I told him it’s okay I don’t need the fries cause honestly I could make some at home but then he went on and still continued to not wanna give me my 2 ranch’s that I was owed I’m a general manager myself and I know customer recovery is the most important thing in the world when it comes to food service the fact they forgot ranch in my order but I had to pay to get them is absurd this wing stop is trash when it comes to there service and it’s obvious why the GM has no customer service skills

I called in my order and I said 10 pc bone in lemon pepper. Got home and they were boneless. A waste of my money! I didn't feel like driving back.
