I placed a phone order and picked it up. Everything was wrong. I have asked for my refund 10 times now, and Manager Richard can't get it to me. It has been 32 days now and all I am getting is the run around he cant even send me any information on how he requested the refund or even if he did not sure if he knows what he doing or not they got there food back now i want my money back

I placed an order online for pickup, but this location can't count up to 55 wings; they shorted me one wing. Each wing is $1.25 after tax. After explaining the issue three times on the phone, I spoke with Manager Roger, who called it an "honest mistake." Roger should have offered to fix it. I mean how can you not know how to count up to 55? Next time, ensure your wings are counted correctly. Because if it happened to me, it can definitely happen to anyone else. Make sure you count your pieces right there and then.

1st. it was SO hot in there, really uncomfortable.
2nd. no baby changing station
3rd. we ordered a family 24 count we only got 19 wings. (foods so expensive here now , we gotta get what we pay for)
Everything was great except the wait time. It takes them such a long time even when it's called In n or ordering online..

I ordered on uber eats and (at no fault of wingstop) i didn’t get my food, i had to go pick it up and the staff was so lovely and understanding. Great people great service. 10/10 experience.

I wish I could say I was happy with my order I ordered a 10-piece my Cajun wings don't taste or look like Cajun my lemon pepper wings they put them in the box with a whole bunch of Greece and one of them look like it already have been bitten by somebody I haven't even touched my food and this is the second time they didn't want to fix my order it always happens I wish the general manager was there this time I didn't even want to get my money back because they were taking forever and just looking at me like if they didn't want to help ready to when the worker katrina didn't want to help me last time neither not only that neither one of them workers wanted to help this Spanish lady they were all looking crazy because they didn't speak Spanish or wanted to help her ridiculous
Garbage service. The counter guy didn't know how to charge anything and didn't charge me everything. I had to ask for what i already ordered and then wanted to charge me. I ALREADY ORDERED IT!I won't be back. This place isn't worth it. Go some where else.
