Food is good but attitude is what kills the Atmosphere here I literally always order to go for that same reason they always have tables sleuth chairs up at night like they don’t want you to stay even sign is off deceiving costumers from stopping I Order to go and got my order wrong had to drive back and tell them and not even an apology I got they just give you attitude manager on duty was rude she’s a girl wearing glasses beware not a friendly face at all.

I am extremely disappointed with the Wing Stop on West Avenue! When I walked in, there were about two tables with guests, and each was a couple. With no line, I ordered the special they had.I was told it was going to take about 18minutes. You can see by the receipt what time I ordered. I didn't get my food till 8:38pm.Turns out they had it sitting the rack the whole time and under the name Artie. My name is Arlene.Four people and an Uber driver got their meals before I did! They weren't even busy till after I ordered. I even asked the girl if she called an order for Arlene, and she said no only to come back with a bag and say, "Oh here, Artie.Needless to say, my whole meal for my family was completely cold.Fries don't taste good when they are cold. Oh, and now that we are on the topic of fries... I ordered extra regular fries and it was not in the bag. Congratulations, Wing Stop. You made out with an extra $4.The worst part is this is the second time they did this! I won't be going back to this Wing Stop again.Enclosed iss a pic of my recipt showing the time I ordered and the time promised. Mind you when I got in my car and looked at the time to see how long it took to get it it was 8:38 pm.

They didn't give me the correct order they were missing food and that were rude and I recommend to go to another than this one really bad?? and I hop they close down business,and plus the food not really good recommend another Wingstop,and the employes where rude and they were rude and mean and tha and the employe I was talking about my oder and lying in my face and she said that they was two 10 pice and there was only the other 10 pice I ordered so I would recommend it,and not even the right drink.

Will forever have issues with my to go orders at this place. You have to literally order for dine in, it’s like they get confused when putting it in a bag. I don’t do dine in cause I can’t stand the stares of the female manager and cashiers. You can hear them talk and complain about customers. Their bathrooms are always smelly and out of stock on basic supplies toilets run but don’t flush, water doesn’t turn off in sink and hot water is scolding hot; which I will be calling the health department about. How they passed the health inspection they have on the wall is a shock to me. Not to mention they have soapy or greasy water from the kitchen running threw the door crack from there to the lobby and bathrooms. Slip hazard. They have failed management who lacks the safety hazards as well as basic competence to bag easy food. She just double bags greasy orders and always has a mess leaking on my car when I take it home. Foods always wrong, missing or messy or all of the above. I gave them multiple tries cause I live nearby. But my goodness I learned a lesson to never return here. Replacing the order to get it fixed is always a argument cause they can’t find the order or want to fix it to lazy. Horrible service! 0 stars

San Antonio has better places to go for wings, but last night it was nearing midnight and I was tired and so didn't feel like driving the additional distance to one of my preferred wing restaurants. I ordered the 10-piece combo and after waiting over 30 minutes for it I approached the counter and learned an order for a 6-piece combo had been sent to the kitchen. In the follow up I had to repeat my order to the cashier several times. Wingstop is not my first choice for restaurant wings and it hasn't been so since I got over-salted wings in another location. I should have driven the distance to one of the other better wing restaurants. I would have gotten better service and better and meatier wings. I gauge from my experience in and other reviews of this Wingstop location that it is woefully mismanaged. I would be unsurprised if it closes within another year or so.
