For being slammed on a Friday night at 7, they kept their cool. Customers upset that they walked in before others but pizza not being ready. Others getting orders before them and getting angry. Mine was ready when I walked in because I ordered online and showed up 25 min later. People need to understand it is based on when the order was placed, not when you walk in for pick up. This PH location has ALWAYS done a great job with my order - I order from this location often, and there is rarely an occasion where something was missed or incorrect (the time or two something was missing, they were quick to fix it).
