My favorite ? is Pizza Hut but out of the last 8 or more deliveries maybe once was it satisfactory. %99.9 delivery was over 1 to 1 hr n 45 min later delivering hard cold pizza and on one occasion manager called me and asked if I still wanted my order on account they only had one driver. He was rude and needs to find a new job. Over 2 months ago I stopped ordering from PH and went with Papa John but yest I decided to try PH n ordered a new Yorker n AGAIN late cold hard tasteless pizza. I don't understand how this store stays open. Avoid ordering delivery these ppl just don't give a flying F

Pizza was acceptable. But seems like it can be a little bit more in the oven. The center felt like raw. But it was ok.

The location on Bulverde & Evans were terrible/horrible. I ordered my food at 1pm, they call me, to tell me, they have don't have any drivers until 2:30pm. I said ok. Send the pizza at that time. When I call back later, they canceled the order & didn't call me, to tell me. I am the paying customer who really needs to be told when you cancel the order. When I spoke to the manager, he says he couldn't hold the order. Then, why not tell me that at the time u called me about not having drivers. I was so mad & upset. He didn't even offer a sorry, a discount or a fix, just we'll have it out as soon as possible & I need your card information again. What happened to customer service? The CUSTOMER part IS important. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN. I will be telling all my co-workers (1k employees), neighbors & family to stay away & not order from that location. The sadest part is this, is not the only place that's lost the customer service aspect. Too bad they don't train managers the right way anymore & focus on the customer. As in making the customer Happy ?.

The pizza arrived so cold that I had to reheat it which ruined the pizza. I tried calling the store directly three times but kept getting transferred to some offshore call center. Paying $28 for a cold pizza is not okay.

This PH location has ALWAYS done a great job with my order - I order from this location often, and there is rarely an occasion where something was missed or incorrect (the time or two something was missing, they were quick to fix it).

Terrible food and terrible service. Go to 46th street right down Bulverde road. Better pizza, better service, and it’ll probably end up costing you the same in the long run.

It was 15 minutes till closing, I placed my order online via app. I didn't expect to get a good quality meal due to last minute order. But I admit, I was wrong. The pizza was perfect, pepperoni good to perfection, sauced perfect, and plenty of cheese. Ordered 2 mixed pastas and cheese sticks. Order was delivered fairly quick to our hotel. My family and I enjoyed, hit the spot! Will definitely order again from this location.

Really good pizza great prices. I was shocked because all the other pizzerias in San Antonio just flat out suck. Coming from NYC it's a shame that we can't find decent pizza here. Thus one exceeded our expectations.

I'm going to start off by saying that half the time, I can't even log into the website. They charge about $2 for extra toppings and the amount of toppings I pay extra for looks like they pinched the toppings and sprinkled it on the pizza (hardly anything). On my last order, I bought fries, and the amount I received was a joke. I'm posting a picture here so you can see for yourself. For the price I paid, I thought I would get the amount that they show on their website, but this was about 1/4 of what they show. I think we might start looking for a new pizza place.

My family and I ordered Pizza Hut on line last night and they did a great job!!! The pizza was great!! And it was ready when they said it would be. It looked like a clean restaurant and it seemed to have a good ambience but I didn't really go in there. They were very friendly to me. I will be going back again.

Don’t dine in. No music, boxes stacked on the tables, employee sodas left on the tables. Doesn’t look like the dining room is meant to be open, we asked if it was and the employee said yes. Standing at the counter and asked where the menu was, the register employee, without a word, moved a notepad to reveal a small scan code taped to the counter and stood there. When we got our food we asked for cheese and pepper, the employee responded they are 99 cents each. After we paid fifty bucks for pizza and wings, I think it’s common business sense to give five cent packets to a customer. Wow Pizza Hut. Don’t even care what the food tastes like now.

We ordered a New Yorker style pizza which was delicious. We also ordered a large veggie pizza with EXTRA CHEESE. The pizza did not come with extra cheese. My husband took it back to the store. Come to find out the manager said that they did put extra cheese on it. It's unfortunate because this store used to put a good deal of cheese on their pizzas but now they don't. We will not be spending our money at pizza hut anymore. It's Julian's and Luciano's from now on.

Don't go to Pizza Hut anymore people. You can't order online unless you want to agree to let PH sell your personal information and if you order over the phone you are talking to someone in INDIA. Unbelievable. On top of that. I ordered a large and a medium pizza and was charges $45. I'm not going back again. They forget they are selling bread. Flour, water and cheese basically. It's not worth it, rich or poor.
