Great place to eat. Manager is awesome. Great attention to deal. I watched her personally check entrées to ensure they were not only correct but to standard. While I was waiting for my food I watch her send items that were not to standard back to be corrected. When I received my entrees they were perfectly prepared. Jalapeño Chicken and General Tso was awesome. Prices were appropriate and service was good. Recommend Wok In for take away or inside dinning.

I tried to not go by the reviews and actually try this place. This place was not good. The food was not fresh at all. The cheese ragoons were burnt. I asked the chicken not be spicy it was too spicy for my kids, they couldnt eat it. It was not what I expected. If I could show a picture I took of the cheese ragoons I would. Wasted my money.

Used to be a favorite of ours. Over the last year however, have the food has really gone downhill. Really lacks the umami flavors. of Chinese food. Very one note--and that has been for several different dishes. The really sad thing is using Minute Rice instead of lovely sticky long grain rice that you would expect to see in an asian restaurant. Sadly, I have to find a new Asian restsurant closeby.

The food was decent, nothing to write home about but it wasn't bad, the portion sizes were rather small compared to other places that sell similar dishes.

The atmosphere was decent but rather scuffed, mainly due to the physical menus being different from the digital ones.

The staff was honestly VERY patient and able to explain everything, I genuinely appreciate that and it's the only reason I'm willing to try it again if I'm in the area, props to them 😄

My drive through order was almost perfect. I'm sad the team packing orders didn't include the chopsticks the window person asked them to pack for me. My calamari tastes like cuttlefish....interesting. Good thing I like cuttlefish.

Customer service was very good. The restaurant was super clean. Everybody was so nice. The food was absolutely delicious and the egg drop soup was the best that I’ve ever had and they put chicken in it. The general chicken, orange chicken and lemon chicken are all deep fried crispy and then they add the sauce. It was so good.

The boy with the glasses running the drive thru at 4:14 today is so lovely and kind. Appreciate the kind service from drive thru especially!

Me and my son weren’t feeling that great so I stopped by and got some lemon chicken fried rice and added a egg roll, the dough wasn’t cooked all the way at all most of it would just fall off because it was so moist and undercooked. I got the receipt because for some reason this is a constant issue w lemon chicken w these cheaper establishments like this. But regardless I got the receipt but I didn’t even call to complain because it was that bad and honestly so embarrassing being that disgusting I didn’t even know the correct words or how to be respectful so I never called thru entire meal in trash except the rice which even the rice most it was hard smh . I will never go back very disappointing. Go to J.B Mon Thai on UTSA Blvd thank me later!

This was my first time getting food from here and I’m beyond disappointed, my girlfriend literally choked on their dry chicken and the rice was so dry it hurt my throat .. I love Chinese food and I’ve been trying to find a good place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

What was once a reliable go-to for Asian takeout in San Antonio has unfortunately taken a serious turn for the worse. This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive-through and ordered chicken fried rice, only to receive a meager portion — maybe 2 to 4 ounces of chicken at most. It’s clear there’s no consistency in portion control, and it seems the cooks decide on the fly how much to include.

To make matters worse, the onions were undercooked and overpowering, and the rice didn’t even resemble proper fried rice — more like steamed rice tossed with a few ingredients. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but it went straight to voicemail well over an hour before closing time.

Very disappointing experience. Sadly, I won’t be returning

The staff is lovely every time I come to the restaurant and the service is nice. The food is really amazing and the taste is very consistent every time I visit. I have been to 1 other location of wok inn and they were amazing there as well. The atmosphere is often great, and it's very quiet there. Most of the time the restaurant is very calm. The staff is very friendly even in the Drive-Thru. This it's probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in San Antonio for quick Chinese food. 10/10 I suggest going here if you're hungry.
