Love Wok Inn and this place was so awesome. Staff were incredible and we got everything we ordered! The food came out quickly as well. So delicious!! We surprised with the soup bar and it was scrumptious. My husband said the egg rolls could be better but we all agreed the crab Rangoon were great!

I've ordered twice from this restaurant and both times the food was very good it was the same almond chicken but the consistency of flavor was good. I wonder is the whole grain brown rice good for you?
Ordered dinner. Pad Thai was dry and hard to eat. Egg roll were stale and they wanna charge for condiments that should come with food. Prices went up and my pad thai used to come with a soup. Ha not any more. Prices went up too much for me to pay for dry ass food.

Arrived at Wok Inn 8338 W Haussmann Road, San Antonio, Texas 78249 on January 14, 2025 at about 6:00 pm having placed our order at 5:25 pm. Transaction number 80833518229. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, Hot Mustard, two Egg Rolls and Hot Mustard. My mistake was in not checking the order before taking it back to our house 10 miles away! Darn! What We DIDN’T get was the Fried Rice (White instead) and didn’t get our Hot Mustard. We did get one packet of Soy Sauce, teriyaki chicken that looked like it was boiled and was tough as a boot, vegetables that were overdone and limp as a wet noodle, Egg Rolls that were nearly burnt and also tough to chew. The Egg Drop Soup was tasteless and terrible.
We are regular Customers at the Wok Inn on Potranco and have never experienced such bad food! The good part is that the restaurant appeared New and clean and the staff seemed to be experiencing some sort of stress! They looked nervous! Like a Hamster on a wheel, everyone was moving but nobody was going anywhere or doing anything. Further when I looked at the kitchen area I SAW only ONE Person (Tall Man) working in the kitchen. Wow! Customers, please check your to go orders before you leave. After all, it’s your fault if you don’t catch kitchen mistakes (Not)! Terrible meal!

Customer service was outstanding! Generous portions that I ended up taking half of my food home! We were continually asked if we needed drink refills or anything. Best one by far!

My first time at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was flavorful and the place clean. More importantly the service was top notch. We were greeted with a warm greeting and a well mannered African American young man wearing a backwards red cap. He was pleasant and polite. Which isn’t typical service in today’s world. After sitting down and receiving our food, 3 different employees came out separate times to check on us and ask us if we needed anything. Again , not your common type of service in the service industry of today.
I will most definitely be visiting this location again, thank God it’s convenient to my home. 😀
Please recognize the staff who worked at the Haussmann location on Sunday, 01/05, between the hours of 7-745pm, they deserve it.
Wok Inn thank you for reminding me what service should look like.
Well done!!!!

Love eating at Wok Inn in general. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. Whenever I go to this location, there is always plenty of available seating and I mean that in a good way. It's in a great location with an outdoor area for dinning but only during spring and summer. Or when the weather is good, in general.
I usually order the lemon chicken with fried rice and an eggroll. They also have free egg drop soup and free white rice.

Customer service good the food was ok. The soups were not it. They were cold and flavorless. In a pinch might be worth it but I’m not going back.

The food was a little salty, I ordered kumpa chicken, chicken fried rice, and chicken pad Thai. This is the first time I had a spicy version of the pad Thai that I never asked for. Note: I eat spicy food but my kids don't.
