Building is very old if you choose to rent from this center be aware of some plumbing issues and other problems. Landlord is nice just building is very old has been many of restaurants throughout the years.

I would too thank the king family for always being supportive towards Brooks BbQ. They are amazing owners of the ying king center. And landlords. They are very helpful and understanding. The we were there they help us out every step of the way through the pandemic they were very understanding of payments due two business was slow. I recommend anyone that want lease there facility they are awesome people may God bless them always. I would like to thank them very much.
