Yodaly Bakery is a very nice place tucked away at the back of the complex, offering very good Cuban food in a casual relaxed atmosphere. This Cuban gem bakes fresh, delectable and delightful pastries and cakes. The buffet with soft drink included is available for $20. The cuban sandwich has a good portion size, bigger than a lot of Cuban sandwiches, with pulled type of pork and perfect cheese. The yellow layered cake has a dense crumb and perfectly sweetened icing. The ham croquetas are on point, and the guava/coconut pastries are light and flaky. A cortado and a café con leche are handcrafted with excellent pulls and spot-on espresso to milk ratios. The staff is kind, patient, warm, and friendly, with excellent customer service. The workers clearly take pride in the food. This hidden gem brings an authentic taste of Miami to San Antonio.
