Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every employee in there acts like they hate their job. I was picking up a mobile order and one of my 5 piece chicken strip meals only had 4 chicken strips. I let an employee know and he took it to a girl employee with purple hair and she was moving everything in the box like I was lying and touched the toast with her bare hands. (No gloves) im not sure if it was the same girl or not but another employee also mocked me in a whiny voice saying “it’s supposed to be a 5 piece”. I don’t get why they’re annoyed with me asking for the food that I paid for. Horrible service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this salad, once in the dining room and this time in the drive thru. Both times, over half the lettuce has been complete mush and rotten. I’m all done with Zaxby’s now. Wasted $10.89 and left hungry.

I would give this place 0 stars. By far the longest wait ever. For 3 tacos. I’ve been sitting in line waiting for my food for 25 mins. There’s 5 other cars parked waiting for their food too. Too many people that don’t care about their job. It’s 9:29 pm 06 August 2024 at Alamo Ranch Zaxbys and still have not gotten my food.

The little three chicken taco are good, but they don't look like they do on TV. But still good, and their cheese bacon fries are delicious

Ordered online and despite my dasher waiting for nearly an hour they finally told him that my order had already been made and handed out twice and they couldn’t make it again. I’m assuming they gave my food to the wrong person because I never received anything and neither did my dasher. They wasted nearly an hour of mine and the delivery drivers time. This was my first time ordering from them, will never order again. For the price they charge, the service sucks.

The chicken was very fresh, I had to eat carefully because it was so hot. The service was super quick as soon as we walked in we were greeted and had our order taken. The wait was not long at all. Lobby and condiment station was very clean and well kept. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

The food is delicious but is a bit pricey. There have been issues with particular items being available at pickup, specifically the sizes of sides, when ordering through the app. We ordered a large coleslaw, paid for it but told that it wasn’t available to order when we went to pickup. They made it right by giving several small containers, which didn’t equate to the amount ordered but the staff did what they could. The crispy chicken tenders are a favorite!
