Nice atmosphere. Never had service issues. My issue is the actual drinks, especially the tea/lemonade mixers. I ALWAYS have to ask for extra sweetener at this location only, and it's still not sweet - why? I can go to any other location, ask for the same item the way it normally is, and it's fine. I think the product needs to get checked out. Overspending if the drink isn't even coming out good!
Didn’t have any nitro cold brew ready. I then ordered regular cold brew. I waited 15 minutes for them to make and pour it, a 5 minute interaction turned into 15 because things aren’t prepped.
My drink tasted like the new orange cream flavor and I did not order that. I’m guessing there was residue left on the blender or something, but I hate that flavor and I ended up hating my drink. Was supposed to be just a regular matcha Frappuccino.
