Fantastic food. I had the Hatch Green Chile Burger which was amazing (especially the cheese), and the waffle fries were perfect. My wife have the chicken quesadilla and they added green Chile in there and she said was was absolutely perfect. My kiddo loved her ribeye steak, and her friend has the steak quesadilla and beans. We had lunch at the Outlaw Saloon at Licon Dairy. It is a fun little hangout with burgers made with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Two of us had the Hatch Green Chilli burger with asedero cheese and sweet bacon jam. One got the Texas Melt and one got the Crispy Relleno Burger. Everyone was satisfied with their choice.
