The beef enchiladas are hecho con amor y con madre. The enchilada red sauce is very delicious. Dig into a plate of warm, comforting beef enchiladas, baked to perfection under a decadent, bubbling layer of melty cheese and drenched in a vibrant, smoky red sauce. The fluffy, savory grains of Mexican rice, infused with hints of tomato, onion, and garlic, create a perfectly seasoned and comforting side dish. You gotta love the rice and beans, and complimentary fideo. Who doesn't love a hot, savory cup of fideo. Also, came with a salad, the lettuce was fresh and crisp, with chopped onions and tomatoes and cool cucumbers. Chips and salsa was very good. Chips are warm and crisp, and salsa is homestyle, fresh, and very nicely done. I had a Mexican coke with a cup of ice, very relaxing. The atmosphere is very cozy, and has a home like feel. The restaurant is decorated with fancy antique dining plates, bouquets of flowers, and some antique furniture. The tables are very clean, white linen table cloths with clear plastic protection for easy cleaning. The chairs are very comfortable as well. My waitress greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and I was seated right away. I shared the beef enchiladas plate with my side chick, it was delicious and we were very satisfied. The meal was so good, that I ordered a chicken enchiladas suizas plate to go, for enjoyment tonight. I will definitely return here for another meal, next time I would like to try the beef chile relleno plate.
