How is it that we get coupons through our mail from these places, and when we go and want to use them “ they unfortunately aren’t taking coupons” like what? do you just not want to do your job. We went at 10:55pm on a Thursday 08/28/25 and the lady working would not help us.

They take Forever in the drive thru lane. You pay at the window and wait another eternity in the parking lot for your order... When the guy comes out he's confused who ordered what.... Go elsewhere people!!! Spend your money at another place that knows how to conduct business and service.....

I went on Thursday 3/6/25 and order food for my family and there was no one when I got there so we order and Alejandra made a us park on number one parking spot to wait we waited for more then 20 min and we where seeing other cars ordering and leaving so I went inside and ask how much longer for my order and they didn’t know what was going on or where was the order at and they kept saying the made it but could find it they all looked confused and I ask for the manager and the manager was been really rude and disrespectful her name is Vanessa and there was another employee Diana also and she looked stoned (HiGH) Her eyes were like SUPER RED and I told her manager and she not high sir so I told them I was gonna call corporate office and they said they didn’t care because corporate office wasn’t gonna do anything and then said she was clocked out but was in the back touching bag and food and behind the cash register while been clocked out

Never follow my order I ask for no lettuce and sauces and they still put everything on it on my 10 order for the kids always a bad experience in this location with the workers making faces and not doing the proper orders

The food was horrible.Place WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL! NOW I KNOW WHY! I got halfway to the burger when I felt sick, I was on my lunch hours, so I took a few bites from food while driving back. I noticed fries where 1st real little amount I got a large combo, 2nd they were cold, hard and didn't feel fresh. We all know how fries from under a lamp for a while are. Those were my fries. Oh, and before this, I had to go back to ask for my drink since they were so busy inside that I forgot to take it to me with my food. By the time I noticed I had driven off!! I live 5 min away from this place , I get home open my food, and this is what I see. To me, it is not even with going back to complain. The demeanor I saw in the few employees standing near windows said it all. They have poor management , and the manager is definitely not leading by example!! Will never go back to this place at Raul Longoria and Expressway.

Who doesn't love a Jack!! This is actually one of the fastest Jack's in the Valley, I walk in and in less than 5 minutes I get my jack. I recommend this jack place 👌
Jack is great because they're open 24 hours and have breakfast all day. The burgers are very good and juicy. Me and my dad love the tacos.

Took about 24 minutes for my order to be given to be in the drive through and then they forgot to give me 2 teriyaki bowls like I ordered. They only gave me one. The people were nice but very slow
