Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This restaurant is so modern and beautiful. My friend and I ate here today and ordered calamari, chicken Alfredo and shrimp carbonara. Everything was on time and our waitress Carla was excellent. Im grateful for a wonderful evening.

Well to start I received my seafood alfredo with “Sauteed” shrimp and scallops and saw boiled shrimp on my $25 pasta plate. I then sent it back to get a new plate 15 mins later received a plate of Sauteed shrimp with cold scallops and pasta since it wasnt swapped out just the sauteed the shrimp left today very disappointed

Unfortunately, Olive garden just isn’t what it used to be

Everything was really good. Our server Bryan did a great job. Manager made a great appearance and watched over all. Restroom was very clean.

Dislike this new location. Lighting is dark in some areas. Chips were either in old oil or over fried. The soups bowls are way smaller portion with hardly any meat/dumplings. Breadsticks are cold/dry/not steamy or buttery. Noodles always appear dry as if sitting under heat lamp for a while.

Everything was great until my 3yr grandson had to use the bathroom... toilet was soiled floor was extremely wet

Food is getting extremely expensive and they were hurrying me to leave two people $70 no fancy meal very small portions I hadn't even been eating for 10 minutes and the waiter brought a carry-out basket for us to go no refills and when asked for one got charged again

Went around 11am 3/8. We had great service from everyone except our server. A lady with short blond hair near the bar top. The hostess was very nice and took our drink order without our asking. The server went to us a few minutes after to ask and shut her book very loudly when we told her. She seemed annoyed, I believe she might have been triple sat, but that was not on us. We simply arrived and got sat. Throughout our meal the manager and other employees checked on us and took our food. The server seemed occupied with another table. Not sure if she was just having an off day. I still left a good tip, I know serving is not easy. But please if every staff member is helping you there’s no reason to be annoyed when speaking to the table you were sat.

Dined on February 22, 2026. Joined the waitlist via txt, received confirmation, arrived at restaurant and checked in with hostess as it was busy, received a waitlist cancellation message 2 minutes later. Approached hostess to confirm we were at the restaurant and waiting to be seated, were told we were at the top of the list, everyone had had arrived after us was then seated before us. Wasn't a great way to start our experience.

Our server was not very aware; he brought an appetizer but did not provide any cutlery or plates. We did not receive breadsticks, our entrees arrive a moment after our soup/salad. He did not offer any refills for beverages and getting the bill took ages.

I would not return to this Olive Garden.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden in San Juan! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and delicious, and the unlimited breadsticks and salad never disappoint.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for a great Italian meal with family and friends!

Consistent Italian food. Soup salad is always great for affordable lunch and not to feel like you need to sleep or join a gym.
