“It is a place for adults although they allow minors to enter, the place is not suitable, since the girls who serve are in very little clothing.
The food was very good, I really liked the green sauce, I ordered the chicken tacos, the salad and some nachos.
It has many screens to watch the games.“

“You will notice certain details (like the balls ? being exceptionally pristine due to the staff's wonderful habit of cleaning them straight right after guests are done [a simple process, you just have to do it, you'd be surprised how easy it is]), that make this a pool player's type of place. They have 3 diamonds (wow ???), a few more brunswicks, and about 4 or so carom tables, which is more than I've ever seen in one place round 'ere tbh. I respect Doc's by that regard.

To reinforce this point, they make a dang good drink ?, and everything else is well above expected levels as far as service or anything else a bar would offer. So it's a good break from the normal pace of nightlife, from a McAllen perspective at least.“

“I've always found Applebee's to be good and enjoyable when I'm there, but not quite good enough to be first choice when I'm trying to decide where to go. It this case my steak was tasty but just that teeny bit less tender than the competition, and the background music was fine, except that one song about wanting to "kiss your a**" that was inappropriate in a family restaurant at dinner time. Still, the spinach artichoke dip was wonderful, as were the veggies. UPDATE: My wife and I went today and found it was "burger Monday." $8.99 for any of their burger plates is a good deal. “Great place to go to watch the UFC PPVs. There are a ton of huge screens to watch the fights or other sports on. Some of the pool tables could be replaced and you need to check to see if all the balls are there (correctly numbered). I visited this place a few times and it was an issue a couple of times. The prices for alcohol seemed a little high, but it is a good place chill. The punching bag gets reset often, but I hit a 9563. Let me know if you get a higher score!“

“Great place for college sports, especially Texas based teams. Service and food are great. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is that evening games are often secondary to the "Night club" atmosphere. Not my style but thats just me. If you rather listen to rap and club music instead of the game, you will enjoy it. We go for the sports. Otherwise, highly recommend!“

“While there was a mix up on today’s order, I spoke to Helen and she was able to help me out resolve the issue. Today’s visit was much better than the other times. The female manager and staff were very welcoming. I placed my order and within 5 minutes my order was ready.“
