I went specifically to try their tripita tacos however I did not enjoy the taste you can taste and feel in your mouth when they dont throughly clean the tripes. They have alot of left over junk inside. They look great but not to my liking. The potatoe presentation was nice but the meat on top did not have any flavor my daughter asked me to try it because she wanted to make sure it wasn't her but yes no flavor on the meat and the meat was cold like they just threw it in top...
The tacos are good and well served, though nothing out of the ordinary. The staff greets you nicely, but the service is a bit slow. I was the third customer in line and it still took 22 minutes for my order to be ready.
I also feel the tacos are overpriced for what you get. The quality of the meat could be better — the bistec had quite a bit of fat and cartilage. I would gladly pay up to $20 for the order if the meat had less fat and better quality.
