Terribly run operation. They stop serving breakfast long before they’re supposed to, they were standing around talking, when there was orders piling up. I ordered the most simple thing on the menu. A chicken sandwich with pickles. And they just wouldn’t give me my food. Dozens of orders placed after me received their food.

Mobile order, dine in, takeout, it doesn’t matter. The prioritization of chronological ordering instead of demand ingredients gets in the way of how fast the food comes out. Order anything other than chicken minis, you’ll wait 20+ min

good luck ordering anything for breakfast that isn’t chicken minis! I order the burrito and it takes them FOREVER. I placed the order on grubhub an hour ago and i’m still sitting here, just avoid this place
Update; finally received my order and it was all cold??? as if they just forgot about it. the cheese in my burrito was just cold yard shredded cheese, not remotely melted into my eggs or anything.

They always mess up my order and I always end up paying extra I ordered two hashbrowns and a yogurt, and they didn’t even give me my hashbrowns!! Always check your bag before leaving!!!!

The food tastes fine but they tell you you'll wait 15 minutes and then you usually wait an hour or longer even if you only get one sandwich and nothing else. The way they do things is just very slow

Takes way too long, even during the times when they don’t have long lines, they still take like half an hour to make your food, and the worst part is when there are like 50 orders on screen and only a few are done, I don’t know if it’s a management problem or if there are too few workers, I don’t know, but it’s ridiculous, I’ve been waiting for like an hour

I ended up leaving because I just wanted plain brewed coffee with my breakfast which they didn't offer

Waited for 40 minutes and then went out for 10 minutes to use the restroom.
When I returned, the White lady in the front said that she threw my food in the dustbin, was hella rude and gave me sandwich which I didn't order.

This Chikfila has got to be the worst Chikfila there is. They boast waiting times of 6 minutes and it'll take 30. Also, the food is never as hot as any other Chikfila. They are sometimes rude. Also when you order a milkshake, if they even have it, it is melted already. Also they never have cherries and barely have whip cream. They also forget your sauces, making you ask every time.
