AWFUL pick up system, i've been going here since I was a freshman at TXST and its never been this bad. With the rising number of students being accepted to the school, management has to figure out a better way to dispatch that many orders. The poor girl is trying to give out like 30 orders at once, and you could barely hear her and you're left standing in a mass of people hoping you can push your way to the counter to confirm your order is ready. Not to mention the old man yelling at everyone to get out of the way.

Went for breakfast, apparently they ran out of sausage and continued to let ppl order meals that included sausage. I Waited 20 minutes to be told they ran out of sausage and then waited another 15 minutes for a bacon breakfast sandwich instead. The front desk workers were just talking and not pushing out orders fast enough. They need to work on their customer service and put a little pep in their step, we have classes and we need to have an efficient and timely breakfast.

A 6 minute wait takes 45 minutes even if you check in ahead if you make any modifications to your order.

Took forever at 7:30 in the morning i was the second person to order and it took over 15 minutes to get my order had to go to class turns out they never put the chicken nuggets in my chicken minis.

The food is average chick-fil-a food, but beware, it can get VERY busy especially during lunch & dinner hours. Expect to wait 30+ minutes.
They also will sometimes forget drinks or sauces.

This Chick-fil-A sucks. They gave me root beer when I asked for a Diet Coke. I am very unhappy with the service. My food is cold. My drink isn’t even cold with ice even in it. they fanumtax the fries.

Food is good as always, but do not order here if time is an issue, they took almost exactly 1 hour to make my food. Which was just a chicken sandwich and fries

My food was ready and sitting on the back table for 20 minutes when I was for it I was ignored. When I finally got my food it was cold and when I told the person about it they said “well did you come up and ask” rude employees that can’t seem to do anything right

Went in there and tried talking to the dude to order in person when the restaurant was completely empty because I don’t like using the kiosk. Dude literally pointed at the kiosk instead of talking to me or even trying to take my order. Card failed to read and didn’t say anything so I sat there waiting for like 15 minutes. Went up to ask about my order and he said to check my bank statement because it probably didn’t go through (it didn’t). Took my order and 5 minutes later I got a raw chicken patty. I’ll probably go back though if the salmonella doesn’t kill me.

Limited hours, pretty decent food (but a bit reliant on meat), closes constantly due to Chartwell pulling staff away for games and such. Mostly closed on days off for some reason.

Usually a 30 minute wait from business and the American trend of skimping on staffing.

Parking: There’s a small rack a couple stories up, but it’s much too small for the building. There is a license to hunt garage next door, but it’s usually full when the restaurant is open.
