I wanted to send a special shout out to the Ladies working the drive thru window this morning. This morning I had the person behind me yelling at me while I was ordering accusing me of cutting him off in line. He was very rude and disrespectful. I had entered in the side opposite of him and had been sitting and allowed an elderly couple to cross the parking lot. Most importantly, they gave us the perfect order- NO mistakes. Very clean and accessible location. However, not convenient for my home location. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The lady answered all my questions with expertise and really understood the product menu. She was very considerate and even went above and beyond to get out drinks organized, cleaned, and safely in the container because we bought so many.
Cozy and comfortable. Wasn’t too busy even when it would be at other Starbucks locations during the same hours.
