China Palace Super Buffet Reviews
Terrible customer service. I brought my family, wife, a 12 year old and 2 10 year olds. The employee behind the counter rang it up and handed me the bill. I said I have 2 ten year olds but she charged adults for everyone. she then rudely told me it was my responsibility to tell her their age. she never asked. She refused to refund me per her policy. she was extremely rude about it. I asked her for the manager and she said she is the manager and she isn't going to do anything...read full review
I liked this place, but the last few times I've eaten here, they have too many flies and you have to keep them away from your table. and in the dessert area the flies are always on them, it's disgusting!!
I’m not coming back anymore

China Palace Super Buffet offers a wide variety of food at a reasonable price, including options like crab ragoon, black pepper chicken, and almond cookies. The restaurant features a decent spread with Chinese dishes, sushi, dim sum, and some American options. Many customers find the food tasty, especially the seafood, with crab legs and shrimp being highlights. The buffet also has a well-stocked dessert bar, including pudding, bananas, and tangerines, providing a nice finish to meals. The atmosphere is friendly, with attentive staff who clear plates quickly and refill drinks promptly, creating a welcoming environment. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has plentiful parking, with good wheelchair accessibility. The decor may seem a bit dated, and cleanliness issues in the sitting area, such as dirty tables and floors, have been noticed. Some items, like hot foods, are sometimes served warm rather than hot, and cold dishes may not be very cold. The soup options, like won ton soup, have occasionally been described as almost tasteless. Overall, the restaurant offers good value for the price, with a variety of flavors and options. Improvements in cleanliness and food temperature could enhance the experience further, but many customers leave satisfied and eager to return.
