Often times the food is hit or miss at this location, but today, specifically noon’ish, the food was delicious. Whoever’s cooking give them a raise and have them teach the other cooks seriously I’m tired of crunchy rice.

Worked here, really bad management, no one does their job, they sit in the back and talk and play on tik Tok if you are ever wondering where the managers are, that’s where. Can tell you no one changes their gloves out or washes their hands on a consistent basis because the general manager not the assistant general manager care to make their employees. Not to mention the constant growth of black mold under than sinks that no one seems to do anything about. Horrible restaurant management and I suggest they shut this one down and do a complete overhaul of the management. Sincerely a former worker.

The worker with long hair on the protein section on two separate occasion has made the experience at this location very uncomfortable. Witnessed him today being rude to a customer in front of me, as well for myself when it was my turn. Both occasions and the person in front of me had to ask to put more protein in the bowls, $14 of a bowl and were getting half portions and a condescending attitude. If you hate your life and job perhaps seek another one. Uncalled for specially when one greets him and has manners, management should be present in the evenings/weekends every now and then for quality control on their customers side. Makes me not want to spend my money here whenever we see that worker behind the bar.

They boo’d my friend & clapped as she left.. AND had NO protein… I understand it was 15 minutes before close but that was no excuse to be THAT rude to my friend.. Very unnecessary..
When I walked in 15 minutes before closing, about to pass out, I was immediately met with booing. They didn’t stop until I was at the ordering station. As soon as I walked up the guy said that it was a little late to be ordering. I said sorry and started to walk out but they said it was fine. Then I kept hearing people comment bad things about me. When I got to the register they had to open it back up. They didn’t even hand me my food and as I started to walk away, they started to clap until I left. And my food sucks.

Honestly wish I could give a flat zero, my friend went in 15-20 mins before close and they started to boo her, so unprofessional made me sick to my stomach as I waited in the car, will not be returning. Also, at the register she said that one of your employees patronized her at the register when paying, disgusting. If you don’t wanna do your job right, quit.

This is absolute the worst Chipotle I ever ordered food from at 401 N.Lyndon B Johnson San Marcos, TX 78666. I ordered a salad bowl, key word is salad, The lettuce for the salad was like lettuce cut up for a taco. It was very little of it. The white rice was the worst white rice I ever tried to consume. For me what makes the Salad bowl amazing besides the fresh lettuce mix is the white rice. This rice is so gummy it is not edible to me. I ask for cheese, there was no cheese. They said they didn't have any chips either. This was my first time ordering Chipothe in San Marcos Tx at 401 N. Lyndon B Johnson location. I never ordered at any other location in San Marcos. I thought chipotle would be universal, meaning the ingredients would be the same in different parts of Texas. That's not the case here, this salad bowl doesn't taste like Chipotle at all. I'm very disappointed and I have no time to return the product, I will just use this experience as a lesson learned.

I wasn’t able to get their names, but the two girls that are working the register right now made my night. Overall I always have a good experience with the customer service and tonight wasn’t any different. But I have been having a tough week and they showed me some extra kindness when I went in and it made me so happy. Thank you guys!! It meant a lot to me.
