I ordered my bowl on DoorDash and went to go pick it up. No problem there. Then I opened my bowl and half my order wasn’t even there. Barely any rice and barely any meat. Looked very sloppy.

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves delicious food, but the experience can be inconsistent. The food was excellent and the service was very fast. The restaurant was well managed, clean, and the workers were great. However, the food was not fresh, with hard rice that was crunchy and Sofritas so old a worker advised against them. The food was also on the salty side. Despite the good food, these issues can be a big bummer.
