I ordered on the app for the first time after coming in a couple times in the restaurant to order, and experience was phenomenal! I placed my order and it was ready in 10-15 minutes! The black girl up front, sorry I don’t know her name, but she was really helpful and asked me immediately what I needed. Even though I knew my order wasn’t ready I took a seat to wait and she went out of her way to make sure to ask if I needed anything! After I got my food the whole staff apologized...

Food was pretty good as usual :). Makes u forget about the whole food poisoning problem Chipotle has had in the past. Place was not ready for dine in. Only one table clean in the whole place. Bathroom not stocked/clean. Didn't seem like a staffing problem and it wasn't busy at all.

Had to wait in line 30+ minutes to get two bowls on a Friday night because they only had one person working the line! The other person was doing to go orders, and there was a guy that was "cleaning," but he spent more time on his phone than actually cleaning!!! They could've worked as a team and knocked the line down, but there was no team effort
