I have Celiac, and the counter gal couldn't have been nicer in helping me navigate the menu for GF options. This Schlotzsky's Deli has gluten-free bread that is delicious! Best fast-food sandwich I have had in a long time. I will definitely patronize this Schlotzsky's in the future.
