Horrible service!!! It’s not often I take the family out to dinner but never again at chuys San Marcos. The incredible wait time to get your food ( i probably ate 4 baskets of chips before getting our actual food) waitress never checked on us we always had to flag someone to either get refills etc…. Finally when we actually got our food come to realize we didn’t have any utensils to eat. After 10 minutes of the food in our face not able to eat it we flagged a woman in pigtails which rudely dropped the silverware in a pile like we inconvenience her. That’s not the topper. When we were getting ready to pay for our meal I literally stood from my chair in which another waitress pulls my chair from me to put the chair that I was still using to place at another table. I just gave her a look didn’t phase. Horrible service and will set foot in a chuys ever!!!!

Chuy's is a great place to get a tasty bite to eat. The chips and salsa keep coming while you wait for your food and the staff if very friendly. I like that the rooms are decorated and fun too. One room has hub caps mounted all over the ceiling. Pretty cool.
