“I went into Dairy Queen last week to order some lunch and was promptly greeted by a young lady behind the service window. She said someone would be with me shortly. Within seconds, I was greeted by another young lady who took my order and said it would be a few minutes because they would have to cook my steak fingers. A third employee made sure I was being taken care of and asked if I needed anything else. My food was handed to me hot and fresh with a smile and sincere thanks for coming in. It was a fresh change from the distant impersonal interactions at most establishments; especially fast-food restaurants.“
“Not really sure they understand rounding at this location. Seems very complicated. This must be the new math I've heard about.
$0.01 - $0.04 rounds down
$0.05 - stays
$0.06 - 0.09 rounds up
Thank you. This math class costs a free blizzard.“
