“The food and service here are what you would expect at a fast food restaurant. My visit was overall a good experience. My food came out hot and the service was commendable. One thing I had issues with was that Dairy Queen has two different apps. Good luck with that!“
“From the moment I walked in (7/22/26 at 5:15ish) it was a great experience. The guy that took our order was super friendly and was very helpful and took the order accurately. He deserves 5 stars! Then the girl making our ice cream treats was super fast and very friendly as well. She deserved 5 stars! Then the staff that cooked our food were awesome! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, accurate and most importantly they were FAST! Overall this is the best DQ I’ve ever been to. Not even kidding about that, I have never known DQ to be this good. The only reason I ever went back was for the ice cream, never the food other than occasionally ordering fries for my kiddo. This team deserves a raise. They set the bar! I was genuinely happily surprised by this crew. BRAVO GUYS! Will definitely be returning to this DQ!“
“I went there to try their burgers. I got a 3/4 pound burger with everything on it. This thing was massive. It was well seasoned and loaded with toppings and gooey cheese. It was absolutely what you payed for. Cheap and fast and big. There's way better burgers around, but it's great if you happen to be in the area.“
“I’d like to give a shout out to the manager that work tonight it is 9:14 PM on Wednesday, March 11. I went through the drive-through and there was probably five cars deep before me. The service was good. The ice cream was bomb and he had it rocking and rolling in there. This is probably the best Dairy Queen I’ve been to so thank you.“
“Great customer service whether you go through the drive thru or inside. Inside it's a clean and comfortable environment. And if you've had a long day I recommend going through the drive thru. If Phillips kind demeanor and customer service skills don't give you a pick-me-up then his blizzard making skills sure will.

“Just stopped by at 9:45pm right before close, I felt terrible but was definitely craving a blizzard. I have to tell you I’m writing this review while driving home because the customer service and energy was amazing. It’s long hours for these dq employees but they all had smiles and were so happy to serve. The woman and man working the drive through deserve the praise. She had shorter braids and the man had a low bun! Amazing. God bless them will be back“
“Went thru drive thru even though it looked pretty busy. Birdie was very friendly and gave service with a smile.my order actually came out pretty quick, but my hamburger patty should’ve been hotter. Would be nice if DQ would warm up the bun!“
“The young men working very nice. I think a person in training helpedthis time. This time I didn't get my drink. He seemed done handing me stuff and I was happy with my ice cream so I didn't think about it until i got home. I calked but no answer. I've been here a few times. Normally good to great service though sometimes I get a piece of tender that shouldn't qualify.“
“First, I have to tell everyone, that if your in a hurry and you want quick service don't come here. I know my first time i waited for a bit in the drive thru but my goodness it was worth it.. My food was freah, hot and delicious. I actually got a chance to dine in also and was very pleaased with the resturant and the staff, again a wait, but let me tell you, if my food is going to be fresh and good, I'll wait for it any day. the only reason i went in because the drive thru was out to the road. “I seriously have to shout out this Dairy Queen! We called so many locations around San Antonio and everyone was either super rude or said same-day cakes weren’t possible. This location was the complete opposite — they were so friendly, so helpful, and they made our cake the same day without any attitude at all.
The cake turned out delicious and honestly exceeded our expectations. Thank y’all for saving the day and giving us such great service. We’ll definitely be coming back“
“This is one of THE CLEANEST locations I've seen. I was greeted with a smile when I came in, good conversation how I grew up right at the house literally across the street and how nice it is to visit one of my favorite places as a kid. I would come in for ice cream and even then back then was welcomed. Well, it felt like home all over again!! Thank you ? for such a great lunch visit Jonny!“
“People need to stop over exaggerating about the blizzard being upside down yeah I’ve always got a blizzard. It is always turned upside down in front of me. Never falls out. Lady left a review a bad review over that when she probably came to the drive-through that she realized that she’s not in in Texas“
