My biggest gripe here is posting in several different places what your hours are and then not being open during said hours. I showed up here on a Monday at almost 8am and they weren't open but the door says open at 7 and Google says open at 7. Not hard to update hours.
Dunkin is my favorite coffee and it's a shame that this is the only one in town.
This is on campus which is really easy to get breakfast and they have amazing prices but students often take orders that aren't theirs and make people like me wait for long periods of time. I wish there was a verification to show that you can grab your order.

I don't usually post reviews, but the service here is so terrible, I had to speak on it. Now, I don't mind the 30+ minute wait, it's to be expected when there's 47 people ordering at the same time. My issue is that the few times I've ordered from here, the coffee is seriously the worst. The employees either need to be re-trained on the recipes, or I don't know what. But, to be frank, it's clear the employees don't care. You can't even say anything to them if you have an issue because they always respond rudely and never actually solve the issue (i.e., today I asked for more sugar in my iced coffee because there was literally NONE even though it said it on my ticket; one of the girls took it, begrudgingly I might add, and when she gave it back, it was somehow WORSE?). I just left and took the loss because the last time I tried to speak up, trying to be as kind as possible, one of the girls spoke to me in the most degrading tone. I've worked customer service jobs myself and, I get it, it SUCKS but I wouldn't even treat my rudest customers the way these girls treat folks. They need to be re-trained or replaced because it's truly embarrassing. I also wanted to say that the señora that usually works in the back is not included in this complaint; she's been exceptional and very sweet every time I've interacted with her. Dunkin is the love of my academic life, but I don't think I'll be wasting money at this establishment anymore. Do better, y'all.

Waited 50 minutes to try and get my order. I asked after 40 if they had my ticket and got dismissed rudely , asked again and they had the order whole time. I don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes but 50 is too much
orders take over an hour because they just talk to eachother :/

They serve rock hard bagels. Coffee is good tho.
Gross doughnuts. Make your doughnuts like Bosa doughnuts or just get out of business. Seriously dunking, you fail.

The girl that made my drink had no idea what she was doing it was supposed to be a Carmel iced coffee with sugar and taste horrible like there was no sugar or Carmel at all.
