The whole atmosphere, staff and food was amazing. We got there right before closing and they didn't mind at all. Didn't rush us at all. Very courteous. Highly recommend!
10 out of 10 I recommend!! Love when bbq spots have good tasting meat AND good sides. Hays Co has it all. Delicious, tender, and flavorful brisket. Yummy pork ribs. Sausage is on point.
