It’s hot in Texas and eating outdoors isn’t super comfortable, but the food was amazing. I’ve never given 5 stars for BBQ before and I’ll tell you that the sausages were both excellent and perfectly smoked the beans were heavenly with brisket in them. Fabric and lucky stop for me today!
We stopped by for some BBQ on our way back to Austin after a day of floating the comal and were pretty worn out and expecting to relax in the AC so it was a bit of a surprise to find out it was an outdoor food truck. I guess the photos on google/yelp showing an indoor location are from their previous spot, though they did say they will be going back to brick and mortar spot at some point. The whole atmosphere, staff and food was amazing. We got there right before closing and they didn't mind at all. Didn't rush us at all. Very courteous. Highly recommend!
