The food and service was great But my chair and the table kept rocking back and forth. As if I was on cruise ship in rough seas.

I ordered curbside, called no answer and then I get a notification from the ihop app saying we see you parked and we are packing it up and handing it out to you. I waited for 12 minutes and then I just decide to enter and grabbed my food which was done and already cold . I ordered curbside not pickup inside.better service should be provided and it wasn’t packed it was slow at 2pm

Got food here at 3 AM last night. Joy was an amazing server who made sure we all got our food and did her best to make the experience comfortable. I'm only rating 4 stars as the system did go down and we all had to go to an ATM to take out cash. Not the workers fault but I hope the restaurant owner does something to make sure this doesn't happen again.

First off the waitess did not bring out all food all together, My biscuit and gravy was nasty. The biscuit was all doey.and gravy was nasty. My eges were wrong. She never came and checked on us. And last but not least she ring me up two times. I had to contact my bank to get return of the second one

Food was horrible place was filthy , booth table was filthy , restroom stunk like urine , never will stop at IHOP ever again . Chicken fried steak and chicken strips tasted like they had been deep fried with a strip of fish.

I ordered online for delivery and the DoorDash driver forgot half my order. IHOP wouldn’t refund the missing items and told me to contact Door Dash. Door Dash wouldn’t refund and told me to contact IHOP. I called IHOP again and they told me to contact Door Dash. On and on it went. Ultimately went through my bank to get the refund. Do NOT order online from them. Awful service and no accountability whatsoever.

This building has an intolerable rooftop exhaust fan that literally shakes the whole structure and if you sit at any perimeter table youll question yourself if your drunk, lovestruck or experiencing a constant earthquake. Clearly nobody from corporate knows about this location and its massive shaking. It’s laughable. Its bad. M’kay?!?

Everything looked good at first and than we noticed a long hair in our hash browns and another one on the pancakes. Very disgusting! We told the waiter and they only gave us $1.50 discount. I complained again so the waiter went to speak to the manager and it was finally removed from our recipe. The waiter was very nice and apologized several of times, we had no issues with him he was very nice... just want to make that clear. The kitchen and the manager screwed up. Very disgusting and they really need to get it together I'm sure they wouldn't like eating food with hair in it. Will definitely send out an email to corporate as I also have pictures.

We were sat down with menus and forgotten about. Waited for 20 minutes at least trying to get someone’s attention to wait on us. No water no coffee and NO service. We watched the waiter who sat us wondering around the tables as if lost, then as we walked out we confronted him as he didn’t even notice until we stopped him. His explanation. Oh i must have forgotten about y’all. Terrible service no stars!!
