Brisket and chicken were excellent! Mashed potatoes and gravy was good. Unfortunately did not like the Mac & cheese. It was dry and the pasta was mushy/overcooked. Bar was closed when we arrived at 4 pm. Service was very good and helpful as it was our first visit. Will go again switching up the sides though.
Late at posting a review but wanted to come on here and say that the staff working on February 26th (between 4-6pm) were amazing! Our family was in town for a wedding and about 40 of us walked in without notice/reservations and the staff were so accommodating and nice. They worked so hard to provide excellent service to such a large group all while having a smile on their face. Food and service was great.
This was our first time eating here and had high expectations. They were not met. Food was good but not great! My husband and I had the brisket sandwiches (a little dry) and potato salad was good (a little too much mayo) Daughter had the chicken (this was smoky and delicious) and mac n cheese was just ok. My stepson loved it! Would try again but as my husband says it was nothing to write home about.
