Menchie's is the best. This location is amazing. The staff is super friendly. It is always very clean.

Val and Preston are literally amazing! I went in after a movie to get some froyo, and they were warm, hospitable and so helpful. They made the entire experience a 15/10. Do I live in San Marcos? No. Would I come back to San Marcos just for this froyo shop? yes. That's how amazing they are. They deserve all the raises and bonuses for their amazing customer service. Thank you so much Val and Preston!!

we have been here a couple of times, and we enjoy the flavors mostly.

but i am just curious, i take the cup, i choose every possible thing, and i dispose my cup before leaving.

what exactly am i tipping for? i hope my tip goes to the staff who make the yogurt.

this is the most self serve chain i have seen, and the tip % of 20 is crazy.

Super nice staff. Good selection of ice cream and toppings. Tuesday special is the best! $6.50 for all you can put in a cup! Busy place on a Friday night!

My family and I have visited this location twice in a week and I have some thoughts for the owner about our visit.
The first thought is... your business is dirty. Both visits the front door glass and the cooler door glass where caked with smudge marks and finger prints. I get that nothing will ever be 100% clean but its apparent to me that from both visits the employees have zero initiative to clean. The floor was dirty,the counter tops where dirty,sticky yada yada. I completely understand your business gets busy but when you have 3 employees gathered around the main counter like there is nothing to do and the place is a hot spot for germs, you got problems. My second thought is the staff is friendly and the overall yogurt product was good but lacking variety. We will give your business one more try before the summer is over and I hope to find your business cleaner. Only time will tell.

We can here Saturday afternoon definitely loved that it wasn’t too crowded and loved that they had a no sugar added frozen yogurt that my son did enjoy as it was his first time trying frozen yogurt.
Both my husband and I got the chocolate frozen yogurt and loved all the toppings we added on as well definitely will be coming back here soon

the reason i'm giving this place a 1 star review is because they ruined my fro yo experience. When it came to paying I noticed the teenage girl worker chose her own tip and skipped it on her screen never giving me an option. When I go to places I usually always tip, but I don't think it's right to force that upon someone.

For a group of 8, I paid $48, which I didn’t think was too much.
They were out of half of the flavors and don’t have much to pick from in regard to flavors, but they have a decent variety of toppings which was nice.
Overall personal rating - 7/10.
