We had a delicious meal, with one big downside. One entree had multiple pieces of hair in it. It didn't look like any of our hair. We notified our waiter and the manager came out and we didn't have to pay for that entree. They were accommodating about it, which we appreciated. The other meals really were great!
We don’t live in the area and we are not Olive Garden fans. HOWEVER, we drive 2.5 hours once a year to eat here for one of our kiddo’s birthday. The food is always fresh, the service is always amazing, they always go over and beyond, and the restaurant is always bright and happy. They made us feel like we were getting a fine dining experience with fair family prices. 😍 We hope to continue to tradition every year.
After a long day at work, I treated myself to a late dinner, and I’m so glad I did! Our server, JD, went above and beyond, offering exceptional service that truly made the evening special. The food was absolutely delicious, too! A big thank you to JD for making our visit memorable. If you’re in the area, definitely ask for JD—you won’t be disappointed!
