I recreated an old menu favorite. Pasta Primavera hasn't been on the Olive Garden menu for a long time. Today I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of mixed vegetables. I asked that the vegetables be mixed in with my dish. It was very close to my favorite dish from years past.
I was surprised to get very subpar service. I work for Darden so I was surprised at how poor they're upholding standards. It took 11 minutes to get greeted initially, and a manager walked by to table touch (tables that had food already) every single table around me and didn't even notice we weren't greeted. When we were finally greeted and got our food (which tasted great) it took too long to get refills and we were never offered a salad or bread stick refill. It...
Food and service where great! Although there is nothing more irritating than having to wait for a handicap stall and then watching a restaurant employee coming out who is obviously not handicapped.
