Definitely mall food vibes. Worst panda in town but acceptable if your hungry and craving panda. Often out of menu items. Long lines and on a college campus with no drive thru or free parking.
I can't say this is the best Chinese food around but it is quick and convenient. They offer steamed veggies as a side to substitute for rice which is a little bland but a healthier choice.
