Picked up a couple sandwiches by way of the drive thru, COLD! How do you serve cold chicken?? Went inside to see about getting this corrected, no other guests in the building, 7 employees working and took several minutes to even get acknowledged, response to our issue was a very uncaring, apathetic "you want another one"? It was late, we were hungry, obviously weren't going to get much if a different response, took our sandwiches and left; will not be returning, recommend that you avoid this location

Got a chicken sandwich combo for myself and a 4 piece chicken combo for my girlfriend, both made us so sick the next morning we had to throw up at least twice each. Even writing this and thinking about the food makes me want to throw up again.

Food is terrible. They serve old fries. Dry, cold chicken, and if you ask them to make it fresh to your order they overcook everything. Ask for spicy and you’ll get regular. Coca Cola freestyle machine never works and only has 3 - 5 drinks available if it does work that day. Customer service is of course terrible as well. Can’t believe this location is still open

3 strikes YOU ARE OUT! I have ordered Cajun Fries with 3 different meals in 3 days. Have not received them yet. All meals were To Go. This evening I was inside and explained it to the cashier. He promised to give me Cajun Fries. These fries were not Cajun (by any stretch of imagination). When I pointed that out to the manager, he says "that's the way we've been selling them for months". "There's no salt or seasoning of any kind on them"! He says, "I can give you a packet of seasoning?" I was hungry and said, " I'll go ahead and take this with me but I will not ever be back here"! He say, "that's on you, sir"!!
