We had a graduation celebration dinner for my son back in May and the staff here went above and beyond to make it a very special occasion. The restaurant was unoccupied this night, and the bar area was crowded, so the manager, Derek, put 2 tables together fir our party of 12 and allowed us to order off the restaurant menu instead of the bar menu, which was limited. The food presentation was decent, but thee burger and fries were too salty. There was hair on the plate so it was sent back to the kitchen. Thee new burger was a little smaller than the first one. The GM comped it and added a delicious marquis cake.
Called Embassy Suites phone line and they said everything was open as normal spoke to front desk and the restaurant has been closed for a year (due to COVID). Gross miscommunication from Embassy Main
