Panda Express offers fair prices for fast food that is pretty good, especially considering the economy. The Beijing Beef is a highlight, with generous portions. Customers appreciate the restaurant's cleanliness and friendly service, with staff members like Addy receiving praise for their helpfulness. However, some customers have experienced errors in their orders, such as receiving the wrong dish or small portions of meat in Beef Broccoli. There are also complaints about the white rice being dry and inconsistent portion sizes. Despite these issues, the welcoming staff ensures a positive experience and encourages customers to return.
