Doesn’t get more rustic or hospitable! Karen was extremely welcoming and provided Texas style hospitality with a smile! Owner Bret was also quite the host on a casual Friday afternoon. The bacon burger was excellent and I will be back again soon!

We SO enjoy The Bend General Store! Our group stays down the road at the beautiful Barefoot RV Park and always make a point of going to visit here for the food, music and atmosphere and certainly weren't disappointed once again! The beer are cold, music was wonderful and the huge hamburger loaded with goodies and yummy fries were delicious! Thanks again Bret!

The Bend General Store is a must-stop for anyone who is visiting the area. It's a store with a restaurant/bar connected to it. My friends and I enjoyed the beer and vibes. It's a fun place to hang out and listen to live music. Didn't try the food, but it looked really good!

Don't let the exterior fool you. There is so much more to this place, old school honky tonk,beer garden, live music, incredible kitchen and the operators keeping it real. Check hours- they may be limited at times of year.

This place is awesome, chill and laid back, friendly staff, and really fantastic burgers & fries. Hit the spot after 7 miles of hiking. We were there on Saturday night and there was a great live band playing, which was an added bonus!
