Drove a few hours to eat here hoping for chicken fried steak. I guess they don’t have it every day. Ordered burgers, chicken strips and mozz sticks. it allhad zero flavor. Staff was nice, place was cool, except for the porta potty bathrooms☹️

This store looks friendly and fun from the outside. It's close to the park entrance, food, and live music. What more could you want.Unfortunately, the owner is rude and a liar. I was waiting outside his store with a small dog to respect the no dog policy as my friends went inside.As someone was leaving the store, a large dog bolted out the door and aggressively went for my dog. I was able to pull my dog away in time with the leash.My friend put a review saying what happened and the owner responded rudely and lied saying I came into the store with the dog.I want to like this place, but I would stay away until the owner is more respectful and honest.Update: The owners response to this review is still dishonest. I never talked to him. Never went inside. Just interacted with his aggressive dog. Look at the other reviews here and on Yelp. It's a pattern of behavior that's hard to ignore. Including someone saying he pulled a shotgun on them.

Anyone stopping with their dogs, especially if they are small beware. Sign on the door said no pets inside so my friend waited with my small dog outside while I went in to buy some water. There is a large dog walking freely inside and when I walked out the door the dog rushed me and ran out the front door, and aggressively ran at my little dog like he was going to attack. Luckily we were able to separate the dogs before my dog was injured. The man at the counter was yelling at the dog by name and when he came out to retrieve the dog, no acknowledgment or apology even though I was screaming and there was clearly a commotion. Hopefully this isn’t frequent behavior from the dog, but please be cautious!

Always a GREAT time out here at the Bend..great atmosphere, music, food, friendly staff, meeting new friends. We are like family out here! Bret has done a Awesome job with this place...having great music & bands to listen to, making it a cozy, warm friendly place.where u can visit, stay in a cabin if you want, have excess to a store, play pool, darts, corn hole. I even love getting to pet & scratch the dogs back & listen to the rooster sing along with the band sometimes..where else can u get such great entertainment!.And still have the down to earth country vibe.Love it!
